Does anyone know if one of these is the equivalent alcohol content as a bottle of beer or a glass of wine? I really like them, love that they are gluten free and only 100 calories. But I just want to be sure they aren't loaded with more alcohol then let's say an average beer!

    They're 5% alcohol by volume (according to the website). You can compare that to the beer you usually drink.
