need motivation

I have hit my slump its been 4wks so ce I did a daily work out, I'm going through a separation which should make me wanna get back to it but nope. I need help getting back to it, more energy something. Heh

    Hey Angie, we all go through times when we lose the motivation. Sorry about the separation. I have been there too and it is hard, but at the end of all of it you want to look at your mirror and see a healthy woman who takes care of herself. Take a deep breath and do the workout and log the food....you got this girl! Remember that the difference between those who succeed and those who don't is the patience and the determination. Do it for yourself - it's the nicest thing you can do for you!!! :wink:

    Then go today....it takes 6 weeks to form a habit and 3 days to break it....Today is what matters...
