I have set up a group for the Longest Loser #2 Challenge, with weigh-ins due this weekend (May 19-21). Here is the challenge description:

Welcome to the Longest Loser challenge! Here's how it all works.

First, post a starting weight between today and Monday night, May 21, by midnight. I will set up a weigh in spreadsheet for this challenge and will post the link here.

We will weigh in once a week. Weeks run from Sunday through Saturday. You may weigh in any day you like, just make sure you post your weigh in on the challenge spreadsheet by Monday night at midnight.

If you lose weight, you stay in the challenge.

If you gain weight or skip a weigh-in, you will use your first strike week. The following week (after the strike week), you must weigh in less than the week before the strike week to stay in the challenge. If you weigh more than the week before the strike week, you are eliminated from the challenge.

If you gain weight a second time or miss a second weigh-in, you are eliminated from the challenge. (There is no third strike week).

That's it! Just lose weight each week, even half an ounce, to stay in the challenge.

The person who keeps the weight loss streak going the longest is officially the Longest Loser!
