Endothelial Function in contributed Heart Battle

2½ weeks out from heart attack no. 5. I'm continuing high volume training due to limited weight restriction. Have suffered massive muscle wasting (as shown), over the past month+, so I cannot afford to just lie around, as so many are telling me to do.
I'm also increasing foods high in items that contain eNOS enzymes to boost Nitric Oxide Synthesis and hopefully aid in Endothelial Function in an effort to help my heart and arteries.
Apologies for the scientific vernacular, I'm digging deep in my Ph.D. toolbox in addition to my PT Certification to beat this heart problem.
NEVER allow ANYTHING to interfere with your journey towards your goals!
