I just went to my first Body Combat class in years and I am feeling pumped!
I had a free pass to a local gym and figured I would see if i still enjoyed the class, and I absolutely loved it. They now have a 8 weeks for £30 offer which I am thinking of checking out.
I want to start lifting so hopefully there will be the facility at the gym to help a newbie out

I love body combat  I do it On Demand at home with the blinds down though, so no one can see me flailing about like a *kitten* :)

I also love BodyCombat, I do it between 4 - 6 times a week. I also lift, I think they compliment each other very well, there is a lot of glute work and lunges on BodyCombat, as well as some core work, which help with the lifting

I also love it. Unfortunately, due to my gym's schedul, I can only attend Body Combat classes once a week (or less, all the late meetings at my job tend to be at the same time of the class :/ ) So, the rest of days I go to Zumba, which is good fun, or pilates.
