Hello guys
Just curious I think I know the answer but just wanted some insight on what everyone else things. Am I active or extremely active?? My job I gave I work 4 days a week sometimes 5 about 6-8 usually. My job I’m moving around all day, pushing carts into the stores at least 5 times out of my work day. Pushing the broom, I’m always moving besides my breaks. Just curious to see what you guys say.
Also should I eat 1/2 of my calories burned back?? I have my Fitbit linked to MFP so usually when I’m working MFP shows over 1000 calories burned including my workouts. I seem to always be so hungry. Would love to hear what everyone else has to say.

With your Fitbit attached it doesn't matter what level you set if you have negative adjustments enabled (for the days you're less active). I always set to lightly active for a higher base and lower adjustment. And you should be eating your Fitbit adjustment back...ideally 100% of it, but some people do find it overestimates their burn. Pick a level, follow it for 4-6 weeks (at least one full menstrual cycle) and adjust based on your losses over that time period.2

I too am on my feet my entire shift at work except breaks and have a Fitbit. I am set to active and have lost about 6 lbs since starting in early March. I notice that Fitbit doesn’t recognize certain activities unless you tell it to and I haven’t figured that out. I did however learn how to add an activity like stairclimber in MFP. I agree with Malibu that you should stay with a method for about a month and then adjust if you feel you need to. If you’re having issues with hunger be sure you’re getting enough fiber and fat and protein, most get enough carbs unless on a restricted diet. Let us know how you’re doing!0
