CALLING ALL 1300 CAL A DAY DIETERS!

Hello!
I am on a 1300 calorie a day diet in an effort to shed some serious pounds before my wedding in August (eek!). I literally eat the same three things for each meal every day. I'm still doing okay but I know I am going to get bored with it soon. It's been 12 days and I have lost 11lbs (Hooray!) and I do not want to fall off the wagon when I get bored with the food.
Is anyone else on a similar calorie diet and want to share some meal ideas?

Is that a typo? Unless you had some serious water retention going on, losing 11 pounds in 12 days is unhealthy.7

I'm on 1700, but I'm trying to keep it closer to 1500. I have found that a hard-boiled egg in the morning with my coffee will go a long way. I've been making taco salads with two ounces of chicken and half a cup of black beans, diced jicama, heavy on the greens: cabbage, lettuce, spinach leaves. A large helping adds up to about 420 calories. Vegetable soup is almost a freebie. Very low calorie. I realized this morning that the cup of milk I used to make my latte cost me 200 calories. I'm going to have fewer lattes and more black coffee or coffee with just a bit of creamer. It will save a bunch of calories.2

How did you come up with 1300 calories a day?2 -
11 pounds in nearly as many days should be a little scary unless you lost a LOT of water weight.
Assuming that is water weight and/or a typo, I'm eating a little more per day, but I also workout most days, usually for a minimum of 10 hours a week (weight lifting and martial arts).
In an attempt to get closer to my first stop goal weight before I turn 40 in July, I've started a steeper cut. For some reason realizing that birthday was pending and I didn't want to turn 40 hating my body was the motivator I needed. Logically makes no sense, but it's working.
I'm eating around 1550 kcal/day. 5; 7" F, currently around 152 lbs. Losing about 1.5 lb/week at the moment, which is what I'm shooting for right now. Not a long term plan, but for a couple months I can manage.
Meal prep is proving to be the key for me. Cooking a bunch of protien, pre-making and freezing several dishes, and preparing my lunch the day before (or using a pre-made meal in a pinch), and/or when I do cook, cooking several meals worth and pre-measuring and weighing everything. Everything is portioned and weighed before cooking, and if I need to, divided by weight after, but calories are judged by the pre-cooked weight and I use raw entries.
I buy several proteins, a bunch of different veggies, and find little things make the difference! Adding some Craisens to my lunch salads took them from "okay" to "yum." Spices and herbs to meats. A low calorie sauce (did a orange/ginger sauce with shrimp and cabbage over rice yesterday - tasted great, and got three meals of around 550 calories out of it!
You can eat most anything, I just adjust recipes to include more veggies and less carbs as I can increase volume without increasing calories. Nothing is off limits, but I will choose the lower cal option sometimes (for example, when I was looking at sauces above, originally I was thinking teriyaki, but this one had about half the calories per serving, so more sauce for the same calories was what I wanted!).5 -
Here are my meals from today. You could add a few extra things and be at 1300
