Maybe keep fresh vegetables like baby carrots and celery handy and when you feel the binges coming on make that your go to thing. It’s really hard to keep are emotions and food separate

I think a better suggestion, if the problem is overeating and anxiety and low tolerance for unpleasant feelings, is to practice to just ride out the urges. And make sure you've eaten enough, balanced and varied, and food you like.0
