Today it was a nice 55 min, 2.9mi HIIT Power Walk and Cross Country Hike that took me through a 205' accent, at an average pace of 3.1mph. Wrapped up by a short, but intensive, 20 minutes of Abs and Back Training.
Waddya think of that, Dr. Your Heart is Dead!?!
That being said, Hiking, Romanian Deadlifts and Blood Thinners don't make for the best combination. Perhaps I need to invest in Shin Guards!
