help to balance carbs and protein intake

hello guys my goal is to loose weight by maintaining the muscle mass i gained i have a mediocre muscle mass and i want to reduce weight so that i can pack on more size with some definition and muscle splits i hit my fats consumption on a daily basis but my protein and carbs consumption are down need some help to balance new these three macros with micro nutrition concurrently

    Your post is kinda all over the place. Reducing weight to pack on more size doesn’t make sense or work as building muscle in a deficit is almost impossible and you’ll spin your wheels. And balance macros? What are your macros? It’s easy to eat more or less of a macronutrient
