I moved out in 2015 to do an internship in Watford. I put on about a stone. Between finishing the internship and starting uni I lost almost half a stone but I’m now living on campus with full board meals and no kitchen and have put on a stone in the 2 yrs of being here. Studies and tiredness keep me sedentary.
I’m moving off site for 3rd year. Hopefully I will be able to move into a flat at the start of summer but I’m concerned that on a low budget, I won’t be able to make exciting low fat meals and will struggle to stay healthy.
Any tips?

Your meals don't need to be low fat. Fat is not bad for you and doesn't make you fat.

Excess calories are what you need to avoid. You can choose lower calorie options from the food available to you, or eat smaller portions.

Exercise isn't necessary for weight loss either, it is great for health though.

Low fat meals are hardly exciting, and you don't need low fat, lots of money, nor exciting meals to be happy and have a healthy weight. You can, however, and I believe you should, eat food you like. Just eat the amount of calories MFP tells you.
