How to choose calorie goal

I’ve been at this for a while but I think it might be time to re-evaluate my calorie goal in MFP.
I have about 15 pounds to lose to get to a healthy body weight (to get out of the “overweight” category). I exercise about 4-5 times a week but other than that I’m super sedentary.
Given this info would you all recommend 0.5, 1.0, 1.5 “pounds per week” weight loss rate to calculate my calorie goal on MFP?

I would choose 1 pound now, and 0.5 pounds as I reached normal weight. Good move to ask.6
