My baby girl not long turned 1 and I need that motivation, that kick and that drive to get my bum into gear. So I can lose that pudge, I want to be able to be confident in my appearance again and be comfortable in my own body. My girl is the reason I want this. I want her to see mummy happy and I want to be healthy for her, I have been smoking for the past 5-6 years and not long quit. 10 days, so I just need to get in a routine am exercise thing and then I’m sorted
