Hiya folks! Was wanting to ask you all, is it normal to lose a lot of weight in the first couple of weeks of healthy eating and exercise? Will it start to even out as the weeks progress?

It is not uncommon especially if you are eating healthier foods. Many see a large loss do to losing water weight. Many people eat too much sodium, myself included, and when you start eating less processed food and more fresh food that helps lower your sodium. Also many people start drinking more water which also helps reduce water retention.0

I lost 13 pounds in the first 3 weeks when I started, it happens. After a week or two or three it slows down a bit. Usually water weight coming off as the previous poster said.
