Runtastic Steps app - used to be Pedometer

Hi,
I used to track some of my walks with the runtastic pedometer, which has now been replaced by Steps. Is anyone else using that?
I find the daily calories quite high on there. I have only been using it for about a month. But now also started Google Fit and they differ between 100-1,000 cals a day! that seems quite odd.
Anyone has any advice on that? I'm not eating back my steps calories, but would be nice to know which one is more accurate.
Thanks

I am using runtastic orbit and all the apps with it. Steps I use only to count the steps with my runtastic watch, not for the calories. Honestly I have not even noticed that it shows the calories!?!0
