Hi

Hello people of myfitnesspal. I've just recently hired a personal training for the next month and he recommended to me to download this app. I'll say it was a little bit confusing to get use to but I think I got the hang of it now. I've been trying to get back in shape for the last year or so and have been failing miserably. Most of it has been due to bad habits and lack of motivation, although I think that's the same issues most people deal with. Well anyhow, I finished my last contract with the Army in June of 2016 before getting out and becoming a contractor. I never realized just how beneficial it was doing even the littlest amount of exercise every day. I was definitely fit when I was in the Army but I never really felt like I was working my *kitten* off to maintain it. I didn’t take into account how much walking around I did and how doing even just a little bit of a work out every single day could impact me so much. Now that I have a desk job and can literally sit on my *kitten* for the whole 8 hours I'm at work I've been gaining weight like crazy. Not to mention the hour to and from work so it's more like 10 hours a day I spend sitting down. Over the past two years I've gained at least 30 lbs and I hate what it's done to my body. Outside of not liking the way I look, I feel completely different. I have no energy, I now HATE shopping for clothes, my mood is negative, I get these aches and pains that I never had before and it's just not something 've ever had to deal with. I hope that with this app and my new trainer, I'll get back on track.
