Quick Recipes for a Girl on the Go?

I am a nursing student and I am a year into nursing school. I also work and the past year has seen me gaining 30 lbs, taking me from a healthy weight to a little bit overweight. Exercise isn't an option once fall semester starts. I have so little free time I fall asleep with the lights on looking at a textbook frequently for example. Some recipes for food that can be taken with me to class and the hospital would be appreciated. Ideally something you can mix in a container and take with you. Tired of being tired and not taking time to take care of myself.

I like to meal prep taco salads made with turkey. also, I make my own "lunchables." Lean deli meat, laughing cow cheese, a few crackers and some grapes. Just a few quick thoughts.0

Look up 'meal prepping' on youtube. You can buy the meal containers cheaply on Amazon. Basically people prep days and days worth of meals in individual containers and leave them in the fridge. An alternative is a slow cooker meal that you can eat over multiple days. I love the Chicken Enchilada slow cooker soup recipe from skinnytaste because its low calorie, filling, easy to make and has everything in it - no sides required.0
