Looking for a low carb group.

Hi I am back to My fitness Pal after 4 years off. I lost 35 lbs when I was logging every day. I have gained all of it back. I admit I was eating anything that I wanted, bad idea as I have a huge appetite. This time I hope I know better. I was interested in the Keto diet, but my cardiologist didn't recommend it for me because of the high fat. I am now looking for help with a low carb diet. If anyone has any recipes or suggestions I would appreciate hearing from them. I am 77 years old.
