Dark Chocolate Chip Banana Oatmeal Cookies
I have been tweaking this recipe and absolutely love it.
12 servings, 130 calories, 3g fat, 19g carbs, 8g protein each
2 cups(160g) rolled oats
2 scoops(98g) vanilla protein powder(mine has 30g protein per scoop)
114 g greek yogurt(I used 0% Fage)
2 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp cinnamon
251g banana(riper is better, about 2 bananas)
8g stevia(I used 4 packets, 2g each)
dash of salt
60g dark chocolate chips(can use others, I used 60% cacao ones)
Add the bananas to a bowl and mash them up
Add the Yogurt to it, mix it up
Add the protein powder, vanilla, cinnamon, salt, stevia to it, mix it up
add in the oats and mix it together
now mix in the dark chocolate chips
Spray a cookie sheet, add parchment paper, spray again
Take a small spoon, and spoon out a heaping amount and flatten it a little
Should make about 12 cookies
Preheat your oven, and cook at 350 degrees F for 12 - 15 minutes, I used the top rack for 15 minutes
Let them cool on your stove or a cooling rack
Enjoy, store them in the fridge. I'm guessing these will last for a week, but in my house they only last 2 - 3 days before they are gone.

This is great!
I make something similar, but substitute the dairy products.
For the curious: I use coconut yogurt (make sure it's not just coconut-flavoured yogurt), and either Vega Vanilla or SunWarrior Vanilla protein powder. The macros end up a little different but still damn tasty (and healthy!).
Thanks for sharing! These are great to bring to work in tupperware containers.1 -
These sound delicious. I'm going to try it.0
