What strange foods have you tried?

I think I only have 2 that haven't been mentioned yet.
Elk - strong flavor, very unique, and very low fat, so easily too dry if it's overcooked - loved it
Groundhog - like super greasy dark meat duck - so very yum, wish I knew more hunters and could get it more often1 -
I forgot to mention Morel Mushrooms! They are phenomenal. We usually cut them in half, then bread & fry them. They are nutty, earthy, rich and oh so good. It's so easy to eat too many. It's been said not to eat a large portion of them if you're not accustomed to eating them. They can upset your stomach because they are so rich.1
