Hey everyone! I'm about half way done with 30DS and am trying to figure out what I should do next. I recently purchased the Banish Fat Boost Metabolism and No More Trouble Zones dvds and was thinking I would do those next. Otherwise I was considering doing another round of 30DS but with slightly heavier weights and doing all the moves the advanced way. Any suggestions?

I am on Level 3 of 30DS and I just got RIpped in 30 which is the same 3 2 1 formula, but I heard it is a bit more challenging. Coming off week 3 of 30DS, I think I will probaly start in week 2, but that is what I am going to try next. I have Insanity in the wings for when race season is over.0
