I haven’t been the type to go to the gym or go make an effort to go out and exercise most of my life. I work in a grocery store bakery as a cake decorator/baker so I get 15,000-20,000 steps in a day. I haven’t been working as many hours lately and took some time off and got FAT! Now I’m on a second round of a 30 day cleanse, I got a Fitbit and am working on getting 60 lbs. off. I happy to say I’ve lost 11 lbs on the first 30 day cleanse and I’m determined to get thin, healthy and fit. I’m older, 55, and finally feel it’s doable!

Hi!
I like cake.
That's a lot of steps to be taking in one day. Good luck in reaching your goal!0
