Jogging Stroller

How do you estimate jogging while pushing a jogging stroller? Is it just by speed still 12 min mile, 10 min mile, etc? When my son was tiny it felt like pushing nothing, but now at almost 30lbs the uphill is a bit more intense... Is the difference negligible or do I get extra credit for the stroller?

If you search for "stroller", it will show an option for pushing/pulling a stroller with a child. It doesn't have options to change for speed (walking vs jogging), so not sure how to determine that bit.0

As someone who pushed a running stroller for a few good years, I think it certainly feels a bit harder, because you are not swinging your arms and getting that momentum boost.
But it always turns out the extra calories burned are negligible in the overall scheme of things.
Even if you could figure out the exact amount, it probably would not be worth the effort of calculating it and adding it in.
Sure is fun to have a kid with you, though.0
