Hi gyus. I have eat a littel less than my calorie goal to lose weight, for six day because I knew I had a celebration and would eat more that day, and eat sugary food. After finishing the week I had 300 calories left. What do you think? Will my goal to lose weight be in danger?

I wouldn't call this a cheat thing , is perfectly good approach to look at weekly calories and plan to have a bigger day, off set across the week by bit less on each of the other six days.
As long as weekly calories are around the target.3 -
@ane1027 : It is important to find ways to celebrate life and be joyful!
That said, when I'm cutting I try to be consistent and not have days where I significantly overeat. It can be hard to adjust back the next day and scuttle the whole process.
Best resolve to you!1 -
I don't do it often, but I did this week. It was my wedding anniversary and we were going out to dinner and a show. I knew it would be a huge meal and dessert and drinks. I saved all my exercise calories for the week to cover everything for that one night. It worked great. There was a temporary jump on the scale that looked like 2lbs of gain, but it was really water/alcohol and went down the next day.3

I did not realize you can bank calories. I have read other posts from members disagreeing. I guess I will try and see. There are days when I just can't eat all of my allotted calories...... not often but it does happen.0

Plenty of successful people here have balanced their calories throughout the week or banked for the weekend. I have bulked, cut, and maintained over 5 years by following a weekly goal.1

Why wouldn't you be able to? Energy balance happens on a continuum, not a 24 hour cycle. Your body doesn't reset at midnight.2 -
I do this and I love it. It is the only way that really works for me. I am starting to see that on my Sunday that I eat what I want, I don't eat as much as I use to though because I feel full quicker.0

I always do this. I have days I'm more hungry than others and I look at my calories as a rolling weekly average. If I know I have something coming up, I'll bank a few hundred the few days leading into it so I can eat whatever I want on that day. It's worked well for me.0
