My left leg is normal but my right leg I have a weird fatty area on my inner thigh right above my knee. Anyone know why this would be or how to make it go away?

Anyone know how to post a picture?0

Could be a localized area of fatty tissue, either way you should check with your doctor.0

Did this appear after you lost weight?

Could it be a lipoma? Only your doctor could tell you for sure. I had a lipoma about the size of an egg on my ribcage that I only noticed after I lost weight and had it surgically removed by my dermatologist, luckily it was benign. Might be worth it to have it checked out.6

Or some of us are just lumpy and uneven. My thighs are two different pant sizes.8

I have that too. :'-(0

Initially, I'd assumed you weren't paying proper attention to symmetry training which led to your thighs being uneven.
You're describing something different.

Oh god, I have that too! I hate it. It makes me really self conscious when I wear shorts. I'd be pretty happy with my legs if it weren't for that!2

Because as human's we're not perfectly symmetrical. Most people have some sort of bumps, lumps, or other asymmetry. If you're worried about it, see a doctor to make sure it's normal.10

Thanks I guess.7 -
My inner thighs aren't "even", either. Can you see it?Yeah. Didn't think so. Because we're all super critical when looking at ourselves.5

Is it maybe your VMO muscle? Especially if you are predominantly right-sided (right-handed, right-legged) it may be more developed than on the left side, or if you have had an injury on the left side that one may be more atrophied (mine are still uneven after having left knee surgery 2 years ago).
