Help! I’ve plateaued!
I started my fitness journey Jan 2nd. My SW: 154 and my current is 140. I’m pretty happy with my body now but I would still like to lose about 20 more lbs to be at my dream body. I work out almost every day and I have a strength training routine. I’m loving these new muscles! I’ve been following a fairly strict diet and meal prepping while intermittently fasting. I take BCAAs and protein powder. In April, I started slacking off a bit and went on vacation. I hadn’t gained any weight from it, surprisingly. I’m now back on the diet and normal routine and struggling to lose any weight again! What am I doing wrong? I’d really like to continue losing weight but the number isn’t declining. I’d love any thoughts! Thanks!!

You don't mention if you've been counting calories. Are you doing that and logging everything as accurately as possible (i.e. using a food scale)?0
