Does it really help with getting muscle pumps? How much would you add?

I do! Helps a lot, I also keep a very high sodium diet. Don’t use able salt though, use sea salt or pink/ himilayan salt. I add maybe a teaspoon or a little over that, kinda roughly track it0

I have the pink himalayan salt. Would never go back to regular table salt (ewww). Wouldn't a high sodium diet cause high blood pressure though?1

No, that’s a myth. Unless you’re predisposed to high blood pressure, but if you’re not, exceeding the rda of sodium is fine. I get 7-10 grams a day0
