HELLO!! im new here and im on a keto lifestyle, just wanna know if anyone else does keto or have tips for workouts i can do for belly fat burning?

    I have tried Keto but in all reality, it is about what you can stick with for Calories In/Calories Out (CICO). Keto is just a version of that. I could stick with it for a month or 3 but then would find that nothing I ate would satiate my appetite. If it works for you, great. But it is best to stick with someone you can stick with for the long haul.

    As far as workouts, you can't spot reduce anywhere. You can't pick to lose weight in your belly. Losing weight will happen throughout your whole body and you will just have to be patient to lose that weight in your stomach. It will happen, you'll just have to be patient.

    I would recommend doing both cardio along with strength training to get the best benefit out of it. Strength training or resistance training is as important as (if not more important than) cardio. But more importantly, find a program or programs that you enjoy doing. If you hate it, then it doesn't matter how good of a workout it is.
