I have been eating non stop over weekends because I was under the impression kcals don’t count on the weekend. I stepped on the scale today and determined that I have been lied to.

    I eat negative calorie foods on Friday nights, Saturdays and Sundays.
    Celery, cucumbers, pickles. I lost 27lbs this weekend!

    Did you eat back your exercise cals...probably you are under eating

    Could be water retention from excess carbs.
