BAD HABITS!

I have a horrible habit of eating late at night. There are some nights that because of my childrens activities we don't get dinner until 7 or 7:30 but that isn't what I mean. It seems usually around 10:30 or 11:00 I start wanting to snack and eat, it is a horrible habit that I am working on breaking with some success but I wondered if anyone had advice that worked for them with breaking this habit?

    yea.. plan for it...

    I ate dinner at 10pm last night.

    Doesnt' matter what time you eat, only that you eat less calories then you burn

    If you cant' break the habit of eating late simply save 100 or so calories so you can have a snack after dinner. (or however many you need in order cover your snack)

    I did this. I think it was more bingeing for me though, I would wait til everyone was asleep and then practically empty the snack cupboard,make a sandwich (or 2), have a few bags of crisps or eat whole packs of biscuits.

    I make myself go to bed earlier now.

    I upped my protein to feel fuller too and the combination plus hating the guilt is working (so far).
