Pulled groin what to do?

Not sure how it happened or when it happened, but my groin hurts. It's no debilitating but I cannot workout at least not the lower half of my body. So what's the best way to heal this injury. Foam rolling, stretching, rest, ice, heat? This sucks.

If it's just minor, rest it and maybe stretch the opposing muscles. I pulled mine a while back when squatting and it was fine within a week or two.

Rest. Ice. Anti inflamnatory meds. Stretches (after consult). Rinse. Repeat.

Hope you've merely stressed (strain) it out VS a tear.

I really do not think it's a tear. It's just tender. I feel fine walking around and taking stairs but squats and lunges or running will not be happening.

Wait, and don’t try to piss it off again. And you will.
