Cocoa powder vs. cacao powder vs. carob powder.

I've tried googling this before, but I just can't seem to find anything that makes sense to me. What's the difference between all of these three powders?

    The first two are associated with chocolate and the last is an evergreen shrub (pods) that are used as a chocolate substitute.
