Jillian Michaels Body Revolution Results??

Hi there,

I am on Day 3 of Phase 1 and would like to continue using her training plan (not the diet plan) and am looking to see some before/after photos of those that have used it. I'm currently 5'7" and weigh 222lbs. It's a hard program so far, and I'm feeling the soreness everyday, so need some motivation to keep me on the right track!
