I will soon be challenged with maintaining or increasing weight with no sugar or alcohol consumption. Is there a group that focuses on this type of problem? I'll need to eat in small quantities often. Thanks.

Hi BucketsDon,
A quick Google search had some suggestions...
I’d recommend 6 meals:
BF, snack, L, snack, D, snack
Looks like some protein at each meal or snack (1-2 oz if 6 feedings) is recommended to keep your muscles. Lean meats, eggs (pasture raised), fish esp salmon & sardines.
I use “healthy fats” such as olives, olive oil, avocado, raw or dry roasted nuts...
I am now drinking pasture-raised (important) whole milk and some butter.
Have some salmon, flax seeds or chia seeds daily for Omega-3’s
Have nuts or nut butters or seeds each day for Omega-6’s.
Have olive oil or avocado for Omega-9’s.
Leafy greens seem to be very important, so mix in some of those and veggies/fruits and I enjoy Ezekiel Sesame bread, toasted. Potatoes are fun!
I know many others on here will know more.0
