Looking for suggestions on who to go to for a macro/caloric intake consultant for my goals.
Current: 115 lbs
Height: 5'5
Current Calorie Intake: 1200-1350 calories/day
Lifestyle: Sedentary (workouts 2-3 per week)
Goal: Maintain or just lean out
*Always intimidated when I'm told I need to bulk

personally, i use Eat to Perform - but they will significantly increase your calories (when i started with them i was at about 1400cal a day, i'm not maintaining on a touch over 3000)0

Try My Macro's Plus - I feel like it's the best one out there. They have a good straight-forward site for calculations and a really good FB group as well.0

What is wrong with this site? could just lower carbs by 5% and increase protein by 5%, if you feel it is a little carb heavy
