I’ll be 50 in four months and I’m at 330 pounds and 73” y’all Wish me Luck on my journey to 215 which is what I weighed when My first son was born in 1996.

Dude, no worries. You totally got this. Persistence and trust the process. And, there will be some things that might not make sense to you....that seem "wrong". Probably not wrong! :-)2

One day at at a time, brother! It's not an "all or nothing" proposition. You can eat cheeseburgers and fries and pizza (and ballpark hotdogs!), just log it. Some days you'll go over. Big deal.
Weigh and measure everything you eat. If you can't (like at the ballpark) then try to log it as best as you can and move on.

Female here. I started at age 59, 300 lbs and lost about 150. It’s not easy, but can definitely be done with focus and dedication building good habits. Keep your eye on the prize!14
