Strength Training DVD for female runner?

Hi all. I am currently training for a half-marathon on my treadmill. I a full-time working mom, and even though I know treadmill running isn't ideal, it works for my schedule and lifestyle. I currently am at the 9-mile mark, and run between 5-6 times a week. I have heard that strength training is recommended to minimize injury and improve performance. Can anyone recommend a strength training DVD for runners that I can buy? I am very uncoordinated, so it doesn't work for me to follow a plan online. I need a regimented plan where I know exactly what weights/equipment to buy, and to follow the dvd. Thanks!
