Hey, great to be appart of this community.
My goal is to lose belly fat and gain muscle. I have been going the gym for about a month now and I can see the changers. I have built muscle but need to lose belly fat, hoping this app can help me do just that.
Back in the gym in the morning, 20 mins on treadmill (cardio) then 40 mins on the weights.
