In August I will be losing about 5-10lbs in one day, it's also called surgery. So yeah. Outside of surgery, medically induced and monitored weight loss, or starting out morbidly obese (a 700lb person can easily and safely lose 20lbs in a month), I can't see a healthy way to lose that much in such a short time.0

I've done this at the end of my weight loss journey, and at the beginning and in the middle. And the weight stayed off for 4 years. This isn't impossible, it's not unrealistic, and it's not even dangerous.
One, switch to solely nutrient dense foods (spinach, broccoli, kale, green beans and the such), two, utilize 10% of you calories with lean protein (chicken breasts or fish). Create a deficit equal to 31.5 Kcal for every lb of FAT on your body (not your weight, your body fat, do this by finding your body fat percentage, and then take that from your weight).
Utilize cold therapy on your chest and upper back just below your neck.
No cheating or re-feeding days until week 3. Massive amounts of hydration (water only, no chemicals in any drinks).

Hit theoretical limit of Calories mobilized from fat in a 24 hour period? Check!
Eat super-foods! Why? Well why not. They're super! Woohoo Super Foods! Check!
Under eat protein because.... wait a second, why are we under-eating protein? Ah! I know why: we can drop more lean mass that way and see a bigger scale movement! I get it! Check!
Cold therapy! Hard nipples... oops. Sorry. Wrong movie! Wow! Sounds great in the summer! Saves on air conditioning too! Check!

Or, you know, just eat whatever it is that floats your boat, at a sane, measured, **kitten** deficit.
Including Kale and water and chicken and fish--or a McDouble (add 3x re-onions; that's very important!) and a bag of broccoli-slaw, followed by dihydrogen monoxide, a few grams of Swiss dark chocolate, and a vanilla cone for cold therapy--not that I would know of anyone who would eat THAT kind of **kitten**!

Well, I lost 30 lbs in 1 month, but that required major surgery to remove a 16 lb ovarian cyst, and another 15 lbs in retained water weight. Not a recommended way to lose that extremely.10
