Hi All. A week ago last Friday, I heard about 16:8 and decided to try it. I'm successful so far with weight loss however ever since I started, my morning blood sugar has been in the 9's. Anyone else have this happen?

Are you diabetic? You might have to stick with more regular meal times. All 16:8 is is a way to time your calories.1

Maybe you should eat (the bulk of your calories) earlier in the day, if it's important that the reading in the morning is lower.1
