Hello fitness pal friends. I need to lose 25 more pounds. I have cut the weight before but put it back on immediately. Does anyone know of a different approach that might help me? At the moment I'm losing a pound and a half or so a week by intermittent fasting and being in a 1000 caloric deficit. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

You don't need a different approach to losing (except perhaps considering going more slowly so as not to sacrifice unnecessary muscle), you need a different approach to maintenance....
For that, keep tracking once you reach your goal, at least until you gain an understanding of how much you need to eat to maintain your weight within a small range.1 -

I calculate my macros and follow those numbers very striclty. I'm also on the Keto way of eating. I've lost around 20lbs since the end of January. No pills, no supplements, no weight loss anything. Just healthy eating.1 -

Congratulations on losing 20 pounds! Thank you for your input. The only macro I track is protein honestly. The typical don't want to lose any muscle diet.0
