I am 51 years old and have been living a life for the past 40 outside of myself. Moving forward I want live a happy and healthy, fit life. One that is not tied to anyone's negative feedback. So, I am not making this just another weight lose attempt, but part of my whole body transformation; mind, body and soul. It takes the burden of focusing on making one part of my life primary. I will include prayer, meditation, mindfulness practices and journaling, along with fun activities and being creative with my cooking. I'm open to any suggestion and/or comments that will keep me accountable.

and I find pre-logging when I find my motivation wavering. Its easy to think "oh, it cant be that bad I will eat it", but its easier for me to hold out when I look at the numbers.0
