I don't know if it's a normal thing or not but, I can only keep extreme cold/ice water down or even hot water.
Something about room temp. water that makes me feel uncomfortable and kinda sick/nauseous to be honest.
Is this normal?

And no I'm not pregnant lol

You had another thread about cold / hot water is there any reason that you are choosing to want t drink it room temperature?? Drink water or your beverages at a temperature that best suits you.

    It's not unusual.

Try different flavors/textures. Or just stick with cold water.

Textures/flavors causing psychosomatic nausea are a real thing. You know it's real, because it happens to you. Some people have reported similar reactions to all still water and drink sparkling/bubbly water exclusively.

    You do you! :)

I don't like room temperature water either, so I keep in the fridge and drink it ice cold. Still lost 37lb this year so far.

Thanks. It just goes to show though, you shouldn't believe everything you hear about these miracle weight loss ideas/foods/pills etc. all you need to know is you should eat less calories than you burn. That's all I did and that's all most people on here do.
People who say they lost weight drinking warm water or anything else, don't tell you how many calories they've eaten or burnt, don't tell you they've been eating less, or healthier (meaning probably eaten less calories without noticing)

Room temp water tastes old and stale to me. Cold feels and tastes better like its fresh. Hot water like tea gives me a sense of preperation to the drink. In between isnt my thing

This time of year I drink room temperature tea because I prefer it. It has absolutely no effect on my weight loss. Drink at whatever temperature you prefer.

Yep, drink it how you like it. I have always preferred it ice cold (as in sticking it in the freezer and letting it melt slowly as I drink it). No ill effects whatsoever.

I drink cold water usually. Hot water has to be flavored with something (hot chocolate). I don't like room temp water at all. Whatever works for you.
