Hi everyone - I started Medifast back in October and lost 55 pounds in 5 months, I then transitioned to "food" and started out good, but then started making bad food decisions again. So I am going to utilize MFP to keep me accountable and keep tracking of what I eat each day. I need to lose about 70 pounds and I want to be able to keep it off this time!!!
