I would suggest finding a way to incorporate all foods that you like into your eating plan so that you are less likely to feel deprived of those things and binge on them when you finally do have them.

So this morning I did as a couple of you told me to do - I faced the scale. And I've gained 3 kg/6,6 lbs! So upsetting! I just want to get rid of it right away! It feels like I'm right back where I started two years ago ..0 -

Just start. Look always forward, never back.
And talk to yourself kindly, like you would a good friend. Beating yourself up does no good and you have to be your own best friend.0
