I have a lot of medical issues and I'm not finding it easy to exercise, I dont do anything physically except walking around my house or the store. That's more than i was doing but i now have a walker and don't want to push it, any ideas how i can add exercise into my routine to get myself going... ps bad knees, hips, and back thanks

Have you spoken to your healthcare provider about this? It would be prudent to get advice from them as they better understand your capabilities and any adjustments you need to make. Perhaps they can refer you to a physio and set you up with a plan?

Also if there’s a pool nearby that might be a good place to take weight off bad knees. I’ve had some injuries and limited exercises- I second the physio recommendation.

Look on YouTube. If you can get on the floor there’s a lot you can do. If not, there are chair routines. Just gotta start where you are.

Years ago my first workout was 8 min on a stationary bike in my basement. 8 min was all I could do.

I agree: go to a physiotherapist/ physical therapist to find out what you can do.

A pool is a great idea. When I first started my journey 3 years ago I was morbidly obese and the only exercise I could do for longer than 10 minutes was swimming.

There is a show on PBS called Sit and Be Fit. You can prob find you tube videos for seated exercise.
