Hello Everyone

I was wondering if there is anyone out there that is a silver sneakers instructor. I have been thinking about certification but had some really basic questions before I even start looking into classes and invest time and money. If anyone can help point me in the right direction. I have been on their site but I am looking for more hands on experience.
