Back to square one...again!

Hello, I guess this is where I introduce myself?
I've pretty much been on a "diet" my entire life, to some success...but I almost always end up giving in for one reason or another and find myself back to square one...and that's where I am right now. I exercise regularly but my relationship with food is where I constantly sabotage myself and so currently I am about 5 stones overweight (196lbs), possibly more...I have never honestly been in a healthy weight range so I'm unsure where my body is happiest but I'm hoping to find that out along the way!
I've joined the community here to find some people in a similar boat, as I don't feel like I have the best support network amongst friends and family right now and I think a little help would just boost me in the right direction.

Hi. welcome. feel free to add me. It really helps if you log your food, and be honest about it. You will see the pattern of your food eating...which is a great way to start.
