Starting AGAIN!

Hey everyone!
I've been yo-yoing for years and I'm not up to an embarrassing 223 lbs. The first time I started trying to lose weight I weighed 160 and now I'd die to be back to that point.
I struggle with anxiety and depression and I just lost my job so the weight has been packing back on (I'm a stress-eating binger). I know I need to lose this weight so I can be healthy. It's not aesthetic anymore, I'm pre-diabetic with high blood pressure at age 29.
So here I go. I'm going to track everything no matter what and I'm going to really focus on myself this summer- and beyond.
