Introduction

Hello, people! My name is George and I joined MFP a few months ago, but it's only recently, a few days ago, that I actually started using it. I'm 1.91 m (6 ft 3 in) tall and I weigh 80 kg (176 lb). My goal is to lose 5–10 kilos, to get rid of the excess fat on my belly and legs. They are pretty damn big! :) When I reach my goal, I will try to get bigger in terms of muscle mass by using P90X and lifting. That would be a challenge since I rarely did any real workout plan. I am really dedicated to my nutrition: I avoid all kinds of sweets, sugary drinks, fast food and other processed foods, and animal products too (I am vegan). I am concerned of protein intake though, since I would need to consume at least 142 grams per day when I start to lift weights. I hope I would meet that criteria once I increase the calorie intake. I am currently consuming 50-60 grams of protein and 1290 calories in order to lose 1 kg per week. And the most importantly, I'm not hungry!
